Clear rules for building with Morgames.

Morgames is a browser-based game creation platform for building visual game logic, managing projects, publishing games, handling account security, and using support forms.

Some features are still evolving. Preview analytics, publishing, collaboration, connected accounts, and game systems may change as the platform develops.

You are responsible for keeping your login methods secure, including your password, passkeys, two-factor authentication, active sessions, connected accounts, and device approvals.

You must provide accurate account information and must not use Morgames to impersonate another person, bypass security, or access data that does not belong to you.

You keep ownership of the content you create in Morgames, including project names, descriptions, builder state, assets you upload, and game logic you build.

When you publish a game, you allow Morgames to host, display, process, and deliver that game so the public version and analytics can work.

After a game is published, the published state is locked. If you update the game, you may need to publish an update with a title and description before the new public version is treated as live.

Do not upload or publish malware, phishing content, illegal material, content that violates someone else’s rights, or content designed to abuse Morgames infrastructure.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer private APIs, bypass rate limits, scrape private data, interfere with websocket sessions, or attack accounts, sessions, projects, forms, or connected account flows.

The support center and request forms are part of Morgames support workflows. You may need to be logged in before submitting support, beta, contact, or other request forms.

Form submissions should be accurate and relevant. Abuse, spam, or security-sensitive requests may be rejected or removed.

Morgames can integrate with services such as Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare/CDN storage, OAuth providers, analytics tools, cookie consent tooling, and connected account providers.

Third-party login or account connection features are optional. If you connect a provider, that connection is used to authenticate or identify the linked account according to the permissions shown during the provider flow.

Morgames may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.

Interface features such as themes, animations, and time-based color adjustments may change over time and can behave differently depending on browser, device, accessibility, and system settings.

We try to preserve creator work, but you should keep copies of important assets and exports when available.

You may delete your account from the privacy and security settings when that feature is available for your account.

Morgames may restrict or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, or is used for abuse.

Morgames is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free features, specific analytics results, or suitability for a particular use.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Morgames is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
